A dental assistant career offers many opportunities for growth. For example, the median salary for dental assistants in Florida is around $40,320 a year, and this is only expected to rise as the demand for dental assistants continues to grow. Additionally, many of our graduates have gone on to get their degree to become a dental hygienist, which currently pays in excess of $40 per hour. A career as a dental assistant offers a great way to start your career in the medical field and provides ample opportunity for growth.

We do offer assistance in placing our students as opportunities become available. Area dentists often contact our school when looking for assistants. We then forward this information to our students. As part of our training program, we give our students assistance with resumes and instruction in interview techniques.

The 10 week course is licensed by the state of Florida through the Commission for Independent Education in Tallahassee, license #3377.
The certification course is an approved course by The Florida Board of Dentistry.

We highly recommend scheduling an appointment with an advisor to see the facility and discuss the programs offered in detail. If you wish to schedule, please leave your information on our “Contact us” page, and someone will contact you.
